Description:
KÖMMERLING76 AD Xtrem is a system of 76 mm thick profiles that feature excellent technical performance: it achieves a Uf thermal transmittance value starting at 1.1 W/m2K and can reach UW values starting at 0.76 W/m2K, making it suitable for highly energy efficient projects. It reaches up to 47 dB of acoustic reduction, allowing the addition of glazing of up to 50 mm; maximum air permeability classification (CLASS 4) and excellent performance under wind pressure thanks to its high-inertia zinc-plated steel reinforcement which increases the resistance of the assembly.
And like all KÖMMERLING profiles, it is made with raw materials that have the Greenline seal certifying their excellent ecological balance, thanks to the high quality of the raw material and the brand’s exclusive formulation, especially designed for the Spanish climate.
Objective:
The RolaPlus roller shutter box protects and insulates the home from the outdoors, reinforcing the insulation, resistance and air-tightness features of the closure. The PVC box design with reinforced insulation is hermetic and guarantees the low thermal transmittance of the assembly.

Solution:
Monoblock PVD roller shutter system with thermal insulation reinforced with a built-in polystyrene piece to reach a Usb value starting at 0.79 W/m2K and up to 50 dB of acoustic reduction.
The maintenance of the levels of air-tightness, permeability and resistance through a perfect seal and clipping of the profiles that form the box achieve maximum air permeability classification (CLASS 4), maximum water-tightness and wind resistance with classification of Pmax P3 = 3000 Pa.
