Objective:
Based on Orona’s solution for ÁVIT-A, the lift assembly process is time-optimised compared to standard lifts. This innovative design substantially contributes to reducing masonry work from the construction company, improving works execution times and thus reducing costs.
Solution:
Orona’s lift, developed based on Orona 3G X10 lifts, has differential aspects that reduce works execution times and thus costs:
Flagstone hooks supplied and installed by Orona.
Wide-frame exterior doors do away with the need for brick finishes on the side mouldings.
Extendible door footings to avoid placing lintels in the prefabricated concrete.
Hollow brick interior enclosure supplied and installed by Orona so as not to need interior hollow brick finishes by the construction company.
Exclusive Orona solution for the Safety Over-Travel measuring 3000 mm from the top floor’s finished floor level for lift rooftop access without exceeding the building’s height limit.
Landing doors with a special 2100 mm height make it easier to handle furniture during moves.
Cabs with a special 2200 mm height, to facilitate the transport of taller items.
Lifts prepared to obtain BREEAM certifications or similar.
