Objective
The goal of the four types of Placo® Claddings (Placo® 73/48 Cladding, Placo® 88/70H simple Cladding, Placo® PPF 78/48 Cladding and Placo® 100/70H simple Cladding) is to comply with the technical requirements of the project and the TBC.
Description
They are dry construction systems formed of drywall and insulation panels made of mineral wools, depending on the technical needs and the following construction solution types:
Objective:
The selected products of the ECOSEC Façades System with GEOWALL provide ÁVIT-A the required thermal resistance, integrally resolving the thermal and acoustic insulation, fire protection and waterproofing of the façade in a single line item.
It is a partition insulation system with APTA 48 sand designed to offer the market a solution completely adapted to ÁVIT-A partitions, optimising performance in 48 mm profile systems.
Description:
The ECOSEC Façades System with GEOWALL is a sustainable solution made from over 50% recycled material. 100% recyclable material. It is also an inert material, meaning it prevents microorganisms from developing.
The system’s features remain unchanged over the entire useful life of the building, not degrading over time. It is the only ventilated façades system on the market offering glass wool and rock wool solutions with the widest range of products available.
APTA sand is made from semi-rigid panels of ISOVER mineral wool, not hydrophilic, with no coating, 48 mm thick, with high thermal resistance. It is a completely fireproof material with an eco-innovative design and a handle in its packaging for easy transport on site. Because of its optimised thickness, it does not need compression, so it maintains its insulating power and its natural buffer network. It can be installed without resistance in vertical systems, making it easier and more convenient to install thanks to its consistency and flexibility.
It also guarantees high performance in application, minimising waste.
Objective:
The goal of this solution is to protect the building from possible fires. The 100 mm thick ACH sandwich panel has a fire-resistance classification of EI120 in accordance with the EN-13501-2 standard.
It is quick and easy to install, and is pre-fabricated to order.
Description:
The ACH mineral wool core panels are formed of 0.5 mm thick steel sheets, with SP25 coating, 25µ polyester and rock wool core. They are specially designed to create interior divisions inside any closed space with a notable risk of fire.
Their functional characteristics, based on the tongue-and-groove joint, allow for quicker assembly compared to other solutions.
Objective:
The goal of this solution is to have glass solutions in building openings that meet the necessary requirements and current TBC regulations.
Description:
Double-glazed glass solutions that include STADIP safety glass, low emissivity PLANITHERM XN glass and low emissivity PLANITHERM 4S glass with solar control.
The defined solutions are insulated glazing units (IGUs) with different compositions to meet the safety requirements of the TBC.
